To register, please visit the "Registration" section of the website and complete the online form.

IMPORTANT! Admission to the scientific sessions of the conference is free. However, to receive the full participant package, pre-registration and payment are required

IMPORTANT! The application deadline is March 21, 2025. Submitting your application by this date guarantees that you will receive the conference abstract book and participant bag. If you decide to participate after March 21, please inform the Conference Organizing Committee and submit your application in any case

HOW TO SUBMIT MATERIALS FOR THE ABSTRACT BOOK
In the "Abstract Requirements" section, we have provided detailed information on the format and submission guidelines.
Please note that abstracts can now be submitted directly through your personal account on the conference website.
Submission deadline: February 3, 2025
WHAT TO DO AT THE CONFERENCE
At the registration desk, you must confirm your attendance, collect your personalized badge, and receive your participant package. Registration will be open on:
  • March 26: 18:00 – 00:00
  • March 27: 07:30 onwards
IMPORTANT! If you do not wish to purchase a full participation package but still want to attend the scientific sessions, you must:
  1. Submit a completed registration form to the staff at the registration desk (forms are available at the registration desk).
  2. Obtain a non-personalized conference participant badge. This badge grants free access to all scientific events of the conference.
