A scientific poster presentation is a unique opportunity to showcase your achievements in endoscopy and minimally invasive treatment methods to your colleagues.

Who can participate in the poster session and present a poster?
Endoscopists and endoscopic nurses participating in the conference who actively engage in endoscopy and minimally invasive procedures in their daily practice.
There are no restrictions on topic, age, or academic degree.
Poster session duration: March 27–29, 2025
Poster size and format: A0 (841 x 1189 mm), vertical orientation
Preparation and participation schedule:

• By March 1 – Fill out the application form in your personal account (applications open after January 15).
• By March 20 – Upload a preliminary version of your poster for review by the Organizing Committee. Important: We will not change the scientific content of your poster but can provide recommendations for improving its visual presentation.
• March 26 (by 8:00 PM) – Submit your printed poster to the Organizing Committee. Important: The poster must be prepared, formatted, and printed independently.
• March 27–29 (during conference breaks) – The jury will evaluate the posters.
